The Help Desk Support / Administrator is the core of our internal processes, directly helping and responding to clients via phone and email as well as supporting our project teams both in the UK and worldwide. You will be primarily using our in-house developed software; assisting users and answering requests, troubleshooting and solving problems or escalating them appropriately and tracking their progress while keeping the client informed, setting up new projects, moving/ uploading/ renaming documents and drawings and a range of other tasks. There are many different aspects to the role and we are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to learn or develop a variety of skills and join the team. The role is full time and based at our Holborn Head Office, with occasional site meetings or placements.
