Project overview

A 221,500 sq ft mixed-use development by GPE including 40,000 sq ft of retail spaces, six luxury apartments, resturant and 168,000sq ft of high quality office space across three buildings in the historic Hanover Square above Bond Street Station.

Dome's Role

Incorporating a Grade II listed building, retained facades and common basements this was a complex scheme delivered to the highest standards in London. Dome delivered a range of services to support the development including client side validation, main contractor commissioning management and the full delivery of O&Ms across the scheme. Post PC seasonal testing has proved vital to enable the efficient ongoing use of systems that span multiple buildings and demises.
