A £2.2 billion development of three landmark buildings
The Nova development transformed the 5.5 acre island to provide 83,000sq m of high quality energy efficient office accommodation, retail, and luxury apartments. The £2.2 billion development is characterised by three landmark buildings and public spacer, served by a large basement energy centre in the basement with capacity to export district heating to the Pimlico district.

Dome Consulting provided Commissoning Managment, O&M Managment & Technical Authoring, along with our software platforms, to manage the commissioning, defect management, and record information provided over a number of phased completions. These smart technologies provided a transparent and collaborative approach to the completion of the building, integrating with the various operational teams for this multi-use development
